| Spiced Chutney Glaze
Good on lamb, fish and chicken.
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Gravy Master
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate no longer than 4 hours. Makes about 3/4 cup marinade.
